Application Process
- Parents come and visit our school.
- Parents and student read the HCA Information Handbook thoroughly.
- Parents submit the application accompanied by the registration fee. (Fee will be returned if student is not accepted.)
- Office will call the parents and pupil for an interview with the principal.
- Parents are then notified of acceptance.
- Parents submit Medical History Form, Medical/Immunization Report and Request for Records Form.
- Parents attend a Parent Orientation session.

Application Center
You can fill out and submit applications for enrollment using our easy and secure online forms (paper applications are also available).
If you need to fill out a Smart Tuition form you may enroll online at www.EnrollWithSmart.com, or download a PDF copy. To apply for special tuition aid to offset some of the tuition costs of attending HCA go to www.SmartAidForParents.com.
Home school applicants seeking to participate in our Home School Umbrella Program should use the application for new students.
