Upon submission, an email will be sent confirming receipt of the application. However, the application will not be considered complete until the application fee has been received at the HCA office.

Students not currently enrolled at HCA must also fill out the full new student application and complete the interview process in addition to this registration form. For more information, visit our application process page.

Please plan on completing this application in one sitting; partial applications cannot be saved and later restored. It should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete this application. After submission, if you need to update or change any information, please contact the HCA office directly.
